At Duchesne High School, we are called to live out our Catholic faith by fostering a community built on compassion, respect, and the dignity of every person. That’s why we are bringing the POAC SUCCEED Student Leadership Program to our school. This program will equip students with the skills to lead by example, promote inclusivity, and take action in creating a more supportive and accepting environment. High school presents many challenges, and we need strong student leaders who are willing to engage in courageous conversations, break down barriers, and drive positive change—living out Christ’s call to love and serve others. Our POAC ambassadors will play a crucial role in ensuring that every student at Duchesne feels seen, heard, and included, embodying the values of faith, kindness, and leadership in our school community.
POAC SUCCEED (People of All Communities Succeed) partners with schools to empower students to break the cycle of bullying, stand up for themselves and others, and promote acceptance. The goal of this program is to help the next generation learn acceptance and lead courageous conversations for change.
