Dates and Deadlines:

- Duchesne High School’s 2026 Duchesne Dream Raffle will kick off with ticket sales starting on Monday, March 9, 2026.
- The 2026 Early Bird deadline is Friday, April 10, 2026.
- The Early Bird drawing winner(s) will be determined electronically and announced on Monday, April 13, 2026.
- The deadline for all other 2026 Duchesne Dream Raffle drawings is Friday, May 15, 2026.
- The grand prize through fifth-place Duchesne Dream Raffle winner(s) will be determined electronically and announced on Monday, May 18, 2026.
- The drawings for Free Tuition and Half Off Tuition will be determined electronically and announced on Friday, May 22, 2026.
Eligibility: - Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all eligibility requirements set forth herein through the raffle drawing. Duchesne High School reserves the right to verify the eligibility of winner(s). Only Missouri residents are eligible to participate. To be eligible to purchase a ticket and/or win any prize, you must be at least 18 years old and physically present in Missouri at the time of purchase.
- A ticket purchased by an ineligible person is void, and cannot be a winning ticket. No refunds will be made to ineligible purchasers.
- The determinations of Duchesne are final and binding with respect to any matter arising out of the interpretation or application of these terms and conditions. Duchesne Dream Raffle tickets cost $25 each and are subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and ordinances.
Ticket Details: - Tickets will be sold online only.
- Confirmation of ticket purchase will come with a ticket number.
- There is no limit to the number of tickets an individual may purchase.
- A ticket represents a chance to win the opportunity to accept an offer of the stated prize. All sales of tickets are final, and no refunds will be paid, except in Duchesne High School’s sole and absolute discretion.
- Tickets, prizes, receipts, and any winner’s rights are not transferable.
- Duchesne High School reserves the right to reject any ticket reservation request that is submitted with payment that does not constitute “good funds.” A ticket issued for a credit card charge that was declined, invalid, stolen, or unauthorized is void and cannot be a winning ticket.
- All ticket reservations must be received and/or purchased by the indicated deadline(s). Any orders received after these deadlines will be ineligible. Duchesne High School assumes no responsibility for lost, late, misdirected or non-delivered online purchase attempts or any other failure to receive orders prior to the drawing deadlines. Ticket numbers will be electronically assigned.
- A random number generator will be used to pull the prize-winning numbered tickets.
- Winner(s) need not be present to win. Winner(s) will be announced by name, not ticket number.
- Subsequently, winner(s) will also be notified in writing via email with a W-9 form attachment. Each winner must accept the prize “as is” and return the completed W-9 form within 15 days of receipt. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize.
- All proceeds from the ticket sales will benefit Duchesne High School in St. Charles, MO.
- Tickets are NOT deductible as a charitable donation for federal income tax purposes according to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). Your ticket makes you eligible for all prizes for which the deadline has not passed, such as the Early Bird and Grand Prize drawings.
Ticket Buyer Details: - Buyer prizes include the following:
- 5 $500.00 Early Bird drawing prizes. (Winner remains eligible for other prizes as well.)
- 1 grand prize winner, who chooses between $120,000 cash (before taxes) or $150,000 in credit toward new home construction with Fischer & Frichtel Homes.*
- 2 second-place prize winner(s) of $2,500 cash.
- 2 third-place prize winner(s) of $1,000 cash each.
- 5 fourth-place prize winner(s) of $500 cash each.
- 10 fifth-place prize winner(s) of $250 each.
*The taxes on the home credit are the responsibility of the winner. The IRS requires that taxes on prizes valued greater than $5,000 must be paid upon acceptance and before Duchesne may deliver the prize to the winner. Winner(s) are encouraged to consult a tax professional. - Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Duchesne High School to use the winner’s name, picture, video image, and relevant quotes to promote the Duchesne Dream Raffle, and agreement by the winner that the prize will not be used for fundraising for another charity.
- The winner of each prize shall have no rights in or to the prize itself until the winner has been verified as eligible by Duchesne High School, has timely executed the W-9 and returned it to DHS, and until delivery of the prize to the winner has been completed. Until that time, each prize remains the sole property of Duchesne High School.
Seller Incentives:
Sellers who go above and beyond will be rewarded with a chance to win cash! - Sell 25–50 tickets → Entered into drawing for $100 (3 winners)
- Sell 51–100 tickets → Entered into drawing for $250 (2 winners)
- Sell 101+ tickets → Entered into drawing for $500 (1 winner)
Release and Limitations of Liability:
Each winner hereby releases and holds Duchesne High School harmless with respect to any claims related to the Duchesne Dream Raffle. A raffle entrant’s sole and exclusive remedy for any breach of duty or conduct related to the raffle shall be limited to the return of the purchase price paid for his or her raffle tickets.
General Conditions:
If, for any reason, the Duchesne Dream Raffle is subjected to infection by computer viruses or bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or suspected fraud, technical failures, or any other causes that call into question the fairness or legality of the raffle, Duchesne High School may, in its sole discretion, void any suspect entries and (a) cancel or terminate the raffle (or any portion thereof); (b) modify the raffle or suspend the raffle and then resume the raffle in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; and/or (c) award the prize from among the eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of impairment, and all eligible entries received.
The fine print
- You agree you are purchasing ticket(s) from the non-profit, at their location displayed on the Ticket Purchase webpage, and therefore are subject to the raffle laws in the city and state of the non-profit organization.
- None of the information gathered as a result of this Raffle will be provided to any 3rd party, except as required by law.
- The Raffle is open only to legal residents of the United States and the winning name on the ticket must be 18 years or older at the time of entry.
- All prizes are subject to, and the winner(s) are fully responsible for federal, state and local income taxes. "www.GoRaiseDough.com", LADS Network Solutions, Inc., or the non-profit organization you purchased the raffle ticket from, have NO responsibility for the payment of any taxes associated with the prize (except for the responsibility to comply with the withholding regulations and requirements of the taxing authorities involved).
- The prizes will be awarded on the dates above.
- Employees of "www.GoRaiseDough.com", LADS Network Solutions, Inc., and their immediate families are not eligible to participate. Media sponsors, their employees and their immediate families are not eligible to win any prize.
- "www.GoRaiseDough.com", LADS Network Solutions, Inc., and the non-profit running the raffle maintain NO control of the personnel, equipment or operations of any supplier and assume no responsibility for any financial loss, personal injury, property damage, other loss, accident, delay, inconvenience or irregularity which winner(s) may experience by reason of (1) performance/nonperformance by any supplier; (2) wrongful, careless, negligent, or unauthorized acts or omissions on the part of any supplier or its employees, or on the part of any other party not under the control of LADS Network Solutions, Inc. or the non-profit organization; (3) any defect, breakdown or other failure of any aircraft, train, automobile, ship, accommodation, or other equipment or instrumentality owned, operated, or otherwise used by a supplier or;(4) any acts of God, acts or omissions of third parties, damage or loss associated with any terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction failures, disease, local laws, climactic conditions, or other conditions or developments.
- "Www.GoRaiseDough.com", LADS Network Solutions, Inc., and/or the non-profit organization shall in NO event be liable for special or consequential damages arising from the use or ownership of any prizes. Participants hereby release the non-profit organization, "www.goraisedough.com", and LADS Network Solutions, Inc., from all claims.
- All sales of Raffle tickets are final. There will be NO refunds.
- Winners have 15 calendar days from drawing to claim their prize. In the event a winner does not claim their prize within 15 days, or is non-compliant with requirements, or if prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited.
- To claim a prize, the winner may be asked to provide a ticket stub or printed verification (from online purchase) and/or a valid driver's license or state issued picture ID that matches the name on selected ticket stub or printed verification.
- Group Entries - Any number of individuals can join into a group to purchase ticket(s). Participants in a group entry must identify "one person" as the individual to whom a prize would be awarded and that person's name must be listed as the entrant in the "Buyer's Name" field on the ticket purchase form. It is the SOLE responsibility of the participants in the group entry to allocate any winning prize(s).
- The odds of winning depend upon the number of tickets sold.
- The IRS states that the amount paid for chances in raffles, lotteries or similar drawings for valuable prizes are not gifts, and consequently do not qualify as deductible charitable contributions.
- IRS Form W-2G will be issued to winner(s) and must be claimed on the winner's income tax statement.
- The winner will allow LADS Network Solutions, Inc. and the non-profit running the raffle the right to use their name and/or likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation. The winner may be required to complete a statement of eligibility, release of liability and publicity release. Failure to do so will render winner ineligible to receive prize.
- Void where prohibited by law.
