Application Process
Blaze Your Trail as a Duchesne Pioneer
We invite you to create your Blackbaud ID (BBID) and apply below. You can also log back in with your BBID to track your application status throughout the acceptance process. Please note, if you have a current Duchesne student, once you are logged in to your Blackbaud account, you will get to the application by going to the applicant's name on the left hand side or the resource tab at the top.

Next Steps
After you submit your application to Duchesne, we will contact your student’s current grade school to request the following documentation as part of the admissions process:
- Transcripts/Report Cards (7th & 8th grade)
- Standardized Test Scores
- Attendance Record
- Conduct/Behavior Records
- 504 Plans, IEPs, or Educational Evaluations (if applicable)
Your grade school will send these documents directly to Duchesne. Once we receive all required documentation, your student’s application will be complete and ready for review by our Admissions Committee.
