Thank you for being our registrars for the night.

Your Jimmy John's order will be in the conference room at 5:15.

The gym doors open at 6:15 and the meeting begins a 7:00.

• You will have an assigned table in the gym 
  • on the table will be binders for each of your students
  • on your iPad select the student name 
  • collect the green Educational Form and record on your iPad
  • collect the ivory Student Parent form and record on your iPad
  • review the blue Course Selection form:
    • Is a world language selected?
    • Are 4 elective chosen?
    • Are 2 alternates indicated with ALT?
    • Are Study Halls chosen?
    • RETURN The form to the STUDENT
  • Ask for the shirt size (they get a shirt in the fall)
  • Record check numer
  • Record any notes or comments
  • Hit SUBMIT
• Please put the check, forms in the clear envelope provided.
• When the meeting begins, give your clear envelope and extra binders to Mrs. Mohrmann in the gym lobby.
