Coalition of St. Louis Catholic Secondary Schools Informational Meeting
Dear Parents of the Class of 2026:
The Coalition of St. Louis Catholic Secondary Schools sponsors a series of informational meetings for parents each year as the new school year begins. These meetings explore issues facing teens and provide parents with tools to help their children make good and safe decisions. We have asked West County Psychological Associates to provide the speakers for these sessions.
Each incoming freshman must have at least one parent or legal guardian attend one of these sessions. This session is for parents only; please do not bring your child. All sessions are similar.
Because we believe the information from this meeting is so important to the well-being of all students, your attendance at one of the sessions is required.
Option 1: Attend a live presentation
The live presentations will be held at the locations listed on the enclosed attendance sheet, which details dates and sites. To attend a live presentation, please choose the location and date that best suits your schedule. Doors open at 6:30 PM. The presentations begin promptly at 7:00 PM. and last until approximately 8:15 PM. Please do not call the host parish. Instead, notify our school of the date and location that you plan to attend.
BRING THIS ATTENDANCE SHEET to the session, making sure that your child’s name and our school are printed on it. Turning in this sheet will let us know that you have attended. The sheets are labeled so that the host will know you are from our high school.
Option 2: Attend an online live webinar
So that all parents have an option to attend a presentation that feels safe and appropriate to them, live webinar sessions will again be offered this year.
To attend a webinar, please choose the date and time that best suits your schedule from the list below, and utilize the link in order to register. After registering, you will receive the link for joining the webinar, and reminders about the upcoming webinar as the date approaches. Please note that the time on August 10th is 2:00 p.m. in the afternoon, in order to provide a daytime option.
Attendance at webinars is monitored and our school will be notified of your attendance; there is no need to use your “attendance sheet” when choosing the webinar option. Please REGISTER IN ADVANCE using one of the links below:
