Stairs: Run up, double step each stair, skip a step, 2 feet hop each step, Run up
Dot Drill (4 dots 2 feet apart with one in the middle) up&back, right foot, left foot, 2 feet, up&turn

Conditioning:
Sits ups: sets of 25 or 50 (crunches) (Russian twists)
Push ups: sets of 10 to 20
Squats; one and 2 legs

Superman (lay flat arms out, lift legs and arms)
Arm circles
Bicycles
Calf (toe) Raises
Leg lifts (15-30 seconds)
