Symphony of Prayer
Under the direction of Mrs. Kay Johnson, the DHS band filled St. Charles Borromeo Church with the triumphant strains of "Symphony of Prayer" on Sunday, Nov. 20, 2011. The symphony follows composer J. Eric Schmidt's own journey to Christ, expressing the mystery, majesty and joy of prayer through music. The service was offered as a way to spiritually prepare for Thanksgiving and the season of Advent. Parents, faculty members, fellow students and DHS alumni filled the church to support the band program!
