Some call it the most “Wonderful time of the Year.” The kids are back in school and the excitement of the fall sports season is in the air. The Boosters invite you to join us as we truly enjoy this most wonderful time of the year.
MEMBERSHIP:
“Get Boosted!” By joining the Boosters you will receive the satisfaction of supporting our student athletes while receiving many Booster rewards. The rewards include free admission to athletic events, social gatherings, and receiving “Sporty” Booster attire. Please invite your family and friends in supporting the student athletes of Duchesne High school by joining our DAB. See our membership from now on the DHS Website under “Athletics.”
OUR FALL “SPORTS FESTIVAL” & MEETING:
It seemed like everyone was present for our 1st annual Sports Festival and Meeting held on August 19th-Simply outstanding! The event began with the annual and ever popular DHS Football soap scrimmage… compliments of Coach Elmendorf. Another key highlight included the “Parade” and “Introductions” of our Fall Coaches, Athletes, Cheerleaders, and Diamond Line Dancers. New membership registrations, award winning BBQ, ice cold beverages, making/renewing friendships, and an exciting preview of the upcoming year proved to be a winning combination. Thanks again for all who attended-We will do this again!
FOOTBALL LOTERY:
Our Football Lottery continues to be our main “Fun-Filled” Fund raiser as we need to raise $50,000 in support our annual budget. We need everyone to help now by selling your Football Lottery tickets and any additional tickets. IMPORTANT: WE NEED ALL “SOLD” TICKET SALES, MONEY, and “UNSOLD” Tickets sent back to DHS (c/o Athletic Department) by the FIRST WEEK OF SEPTEMBER. (Please contact us if you can sell any of our leftover tickets which can be sold throughout the month of September.) Be a winner and “Get in the Game” by supporting our Football lottery ticket sales!

October 1st –“DRIVE ONE 4 UR SCHOOL” (2:00PM thru 6:30PM-DHS Parking Lot)
This “Festive” Fund raising event, sponsored by Pundmann Ford, will pay us $20 for every participant who fills out a brief survey. Bonus: Free BBQ and Beverages for those who stop by…so please stop by and “Drive One 4 Ur School!
October 1st- “HOMECOMING BBQ” (5:00PM-7:00PM-DHS Concession Stand Courtyard)
Join our special Pep Rally! Enjoy delicious BBQ, Beverages, and Old fashioned Camaraderie before an exciting Homecoming Kickoff. Root on our Gridiron Pioneers as they battle Centralia High School. Everyone is invited…Be there!
November 17th-1st ANNUAL CHILI COOK-OFF and BOOSTER MEETING (6:00PM-DHS Gym)
We will welcome any and all contestants who dare to become the 1st annual “Chili-Master” of DHS. We will also kick off our winter sports season with our annual Basketball Scrimmages. More details to follow.
