Your involvement as a volunteer at Duchesne has a tremendous impact on the school - financially and socially.  Volunteering is a great way to meet other parents and supporters of the school, to demonstrate support for your student(s) and all DHS students, and to keep the cost of education low.  There are many opportunities for you to choose from.

Pioneer Parents' Club
You're invited to help us build this organization!  The Parents' Club will partner with Duchesne to support the work and mission of our school.  We'll help keep DHS parents connected with each other by creating a social network, and we'll connect them with the school by providing resources for school activities and programs. Throughout the school year, the club will plan events that build the Duchesne community. Duchesne Athletic Boosters
The Duchesne Athletic Boosters (DAB) is a group of parents and friends who support Duchesne athletes, from all sports, for all seasons.  DHS friends, parents, alums and alumni parents are invited to join the Boosters in the challenge of raising half of the Duchesne athletic budget on an annual basis.  For more information, contact the DAB president, Tim Mitchell, at (636) 947-4466 or tmitchellinc@sbcglobal.net.

Hospitality Committee
These parents provide refreshments and assist with decoration and set-up at various Duchesne events throughout the school year, including Back-to-School Night, the Grandparents' Mass & Breakfast, Open House, the Faculty Appreciation Luncheon, Freshman Registration Night, and the Foresight Dinner Auction volunteer hospitality room.  For more information, contact the Office of Advancement at (636) 946-2603.

Fine Arts Ambassadors
The Fine Arts Ambassadors support the school's performing arts department events throughout the year by providing refreshments, greeting and ushering audience members and assisting with set construction and costumes.  For more information, contact the performing arts department chair, Mrs. Sharon Morgan, at smorgan@duchesne-hs.org or (636) 946-6767, ext. 429.

Pioneer Band Boosters

DHS Open House: Sunday, November 7, 2010

Foresight Dinner Auction: Saturday, April 30, 2011
