Our Planning and Our Needs
During 2007, the DHS Advisory Board and the school’s
administrative staff, assessed present and future needs of
the school, including technology, enhancements to the
facility and expanding the endowment for tuition assistance
and faculty development. A plan was sketched out, and a
feasibility study was done. As you know, their was an
overwhelmingly positive response to the school goals.

Our Campaign
With the positive feedback from the community, the school
has decided to move forward with a five-year capital
campaign that will address Duchesne’s most urgent needs.
With this campaign, you will have an opportunity to confirm
your commitment to the school - and present and future
Pioneers - by investing in the school’s bright future.

The Planning Phase of
the Campaign
As we recruit additional
campaign leaders, the DHS Advisory Board is interviewing
architects and obtaining bids on elements of the campaign.
Details of the projects are still in process. The
campaign goals will be tiered according to the priorities
determined by the feasibility study:
- Technology Upgrades
- Air Conditioning
- Building Enhancements
- Endowment
- Synthetic Turf for
Athletic Field
