Go to registration February 9, 2012
- Doors open at 6 pm. Program starts at 7pm
- Bring registration form (make sure I choose electives/world language)
- Pay $250 registration fee (payable to Duchesne)
- Order my Duchesne uniform polo (can only be purchased from Duchesne)
- Try on shirts because the sizes are unisex
- Turn in order by March 16, 2012 to avoid late fees
- Visit Fischer's reps about Uniform Skirt
- Visit the Trading Post
- Buy a hoody or sweatshirt (can only be purchased from Duchesne)
- Maybe buy a tee shirt or something to show my Pioneer Pride
Take placement test on April 25 or April 28 if I want to take Honors Geometry or Spanish 2 or French 2
Apply for scholarships by March 30, 2012 (forms found on the Duchesne website)
Turn-in Student Health Records Form by July 1, 2012 (forms found on the Duchesne website)
If you are going to play a sport, turn-in the MHSAA Sport Physical Form - Keep a copy for my records
- Try-out for Cheer Squad April 16-21, 2012 or Danceline April 10, 11 & 13, 2012
- Check DHS website and newsletter for summer sport camp information
Look for my fall welcome packet in July
Return all pertinent paperwork before school begins
Read a book from the summer reading list
Go to a computer orientation class on July 31 or August 1 or August 6 or August 7
Fall Try-outs &practices start on Monday, August 6, 2012
