For this year only, the 2008 Pioneer Fund (the annual fund) campaign
will run in conjunction with Duchesne’s Faith in Our Future Capital
Campaign. This change prevents having two separate campaigns in
virtually the same time period, and allows you to consider both of your
gifts at one time.
Both campaigns are
critical to the school:

The Pioneer
Fund provides support for annual operating costs and educational
enhancements. (We count on this every year!)

The Faith in
Our Future Capital Campaign provides for specific capital
improvements that cannot be covered financially any other way. Our
2008 Pioneer Fund goal is $100,000.
Next year, the
Pioneer Fund campaign will be conducted as usual.
What is the
Pioneer Fund?
The Pioneer Fund
provides unrestricted critical funds to our operating budget and helps
to cover the $1,100 gap between the cost of tuition and the cost to
educate each student. These funds are used for technology and
facilities improvements, tuition assistance and professional development
of faculty and staff.
