Scholarships
In 1995, Duchesne established two automatic awards for incoming freshmen who have demonstrated high levels of academic achievement and school citizenship. The President's Scholarship is an $800 award and the Dean's Scholarship is a $500 award. To be eligible for either award, the student must list Duchesne High School as his/her first choice.

Other scholarships are available to incoming freshmen from Duchesne's seven feeder parishes and the Academy of the Sacred Heart and are awarded on the basis of talent and ability.  For more information about any of those scholarships, contact Jennifer Flores, recruitment director, at (636) 946-2603.

Financial Aid
Duchesne awarded more than $60,000 in financial assistance last year. The Financial Aid Committee meets in the spring to consider applicants for these need-based grants. Applications for financial assistance are due by April 1.

Discounts
Automatic discounts are applied to the tuition totals of families with more than one child at Duchesne. There is a discount of $500 for the second child in a family. Tuition is completely waived for a third child. All students must pay the $250 registration fee.
The child of a teacher at a Catholic school in the Archdiocese of St. Louis qualifies for an additional $500 discount to attend Duchesne.

Work Study
Duchesne also offers a Work Study Program, where students work with the school staff during the summer. Students are paid for their work and their tax-free wages are applied directly toward tuition.  Applications for Work Study are available in the school office.

FACTS Program
To make payment of tuition easier, Duchesne uses the FACTS Tuition Management Program, which provides payment options of quarterly or 10 monthly tuition installments.
