Alumni Softball Tournament

The seventh annual St. Peter/Duchesne Alumni Softball Tournament will be held at 9 a.m. Saturday, July 26, 2008, at McNair Park. Teams will compete by graduation year, and all players must be alums of Duchesne.

This is a COED tournament, so there must be at least five men and five women on each team. Cost is $75 per team and includes softball, barbecue, and soft drinks. Beer will not be provided.  Families are welcome to attend; we just ask for a small donation per person for non-players to participate in the barbecue.  Individual entries are welcome for $5, or get two classes together to form a team.

Holiday Happy Hour

The Tenth Annual Alumni Happy Hour will held at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 23, 2008, at the Grappa Grill in St. Charles.  Happy Hour prices for beer and appetizers will be available from 6-8 p.m.  Mingle with former classmates, meet other alums, and bring friends of your own!

14th Annual Tim Hill Memorial Blood Drive

The 14th Annual Tim Hill Memorial Blood Drive will be held from 2-7 p.m. Tuesday, June 10, at in the Dyer Memorial Center at St. Charles Borromeo Church on 534 N. Fifth Street.  Soup, salad, dessert and beverages are provided. For more information, call Barb Bott at 636-947-3939. Every donor receives a free t-shirt.
 

Alumni Brick Program

Permanently attach your name to Duchesne High School!  A limited number of bricks are available for engraving by the Alumni Association.  For a $75 tax-deductible donation, you can have two lines of text (up to 12 characters per line) on your very own brick.  

Act today to guarantee your inclusion in this special project.  Families and those who want bricks next to each other should submit their orders together and provide a detailed description of their wishes.  Every effort will be made to accommodate all requests, when possible.

All proceeds will benefit the formation of an alumni scholarship at DHS.  The scholarship will be administered by the Alumni Association and will be awarded to an incoming freshman who is the son or daughter of a Duchesne alum.
